Garam Masalaa means, literally, 'spice mix'. At the eponymous restaurant Mona is enthralled to find a fabulous mix of Maltese genuine hospitality and wonderful Indian food.

Ganesha tries valiantly to be Indian, but if the Hindu god namesake knew what was going on up at Xemxija, Mona is sure they would not be pleased at all.
