Do you love food?

Are you a good cook?

Do you know your almonds from your pecans?

Are you Maltese or of Maltese origin?

Do you have a good cultural background? That is, do you, at least, know how to read a book?

Do you live in Australia, Canada, the US, the UK, Italy, Belgium, France, Luxembourg or a country where there are quite a few Maltese living?

Do you miss genuine Maltese flavours?

Does the picture of a fresh, steaming pastizz or a torta make you want to get the next flight 'home'?

If you have answered a resounding 'yes!' to all of the above, and live in any of these countries we have listed, then we need you!

We are looking for food testers from these countries who would be able to test recipes, post comments via e-mail, send us feedback on feasibility and so on. You will also be required to post regular facebook updates on your experience.

This is in lieu of a large project we are currently working on.

We are not paying anybody for this but you will most certainly be credited. If you are trying to kick off a career in food testing, home economics, food tasting and so on, we can help. If you are a food blogger you can blog about your experience.

The 'work' will take place mostly over May and June.
